Just wanted to take advantage of a lovely warm and sunny Sunday afternoon after a few days of very stormy weather including a lot of lightning, hail and thunder to take a photo of my (second) finished mini quilt for the Denyse Schmidt Doll Quilt swap.
Because this one is being sent overseas, I wanted to mainly use the fabrics that were released exclusively in Australia.
And also tried a bit of handstitching although I am not confident about the result.....
I really like the effect of the "plus" design and hope my partner does too as it will be going out in the mail this week:)
