Our nephew recently had a baby boy which was the perfect excuse to make a quilt.
After recently making the Moda ABC quilt, I decided to make the letters to spell his name.
Then added in a few larger fox blocks from the Fancy Fox II pattern by Elizabeth Hartman to make the quilt up to size.I used the Serpentine stitch for quilting across the quilt about every 2 inches which was very quick and easy to do.
The backing is a printed drill which should make the quilt a bit more durable for use as a playmat.
And the binding is the black woodgrain print that I used in my original Fancy Fox quilt.
